Our History

Founded in 2000, Drillto Trenchless Co., Ltd is composed of a group of experts engaged in trenchless field research in very early stage in China, focusing on R & D and production of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) rigs, related drilling rods and tools, to provide customers one-stop solution with not only machine packages, but also construction training, technical guidance, machine maintenance and so on.Since its founding, the company has established a reputation in the industry with high quality products and after-sales service, and has developed 114 models for the market.The vision of the enterprise is: focusing on Trenchelss HDD field, constantly improve the user experience and achieve technical breakthrough, become a century-old enterprise in the field.

Since the Drillto rods factory start its rods production in 2004, the company has completed the whole chain production from HDD rig to drill rods, which provide professional one-stop solutions to clients. Drillto passed CE certification in 2007, in 2008, passed ISO9000 and ISO4000, was awarded national high-tech enterprises, national security standardization certification, provincial trenchless equipment engineering technology research center, provincial enterprise credit through standard, enterprise intellectual property management standard, enterprise technology center certification, Drillto is the first batch of recommend export enterprises by CCPIT (China council for the promotion of international trade).

Drillto HDD machine is currently exported to 37 countries, has been among the top in the industry, in line with the "honest man, steadfast work" principle, Drillto has been recognized by the domestic and oversea HDD industry in technology, quality and service.

Our Factory

There are two drilling rig production bases of Drillto: one is located in Wuxi covers an area of 80 mu (53333 square meters), the other is located in Shenzhen, covers an area of 16 mu(10656 square meters), Drillto has been recognized as national high-tech enterprises since 2010. The company attaches great importance to technology research and development, and has successfully applied for 203 HDD technology patents, won the first prize of land and resources science and technology, the second prize of Science and technology Progress of Hubei Province, and the first prize of Mechanical Industry patent of Jiangsu Province. It is the industry-university-research base of China University of Geo-sciences and the graduate cooperation base of China University of Geo-sciences.

The company has successively introduced SOLIDWORKS auxiliary design software, PDM, ERP, MES and other modern management systems. Drillto has been certified as the integration of Industrialization and information technology system AA grade, which effectively improve the management level and production efficiency of the enterprise, to ensure product quality, and provide a guarantee for the continuous innovation of products. Drillto ZT series includes capacity from 6 tons to 1200 tons model of drilling rig, and professional AT series horizontal rock drilling rig, ZT-SPZ series horizontal auger drilling rig, ZTTG series pipe pushing machine, overall forged drill rod, supporting drilling tools and mud equipment, while acting for the world-famous brand locator and detector.

HDD machine is used in underground pipeline construction, mainly used for electric power, communication, gas, sewage, water supply and other underground pipeline engineering trenchless laying, can cross roads, railways, airport runway, rivers, fish ponds and buildings, etc.

Shenzhen and Wuxi have been recognized as national high-tech enterprises and have been rated as leading enterprises in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, Jiangsu trenchless Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center and Wuxi Enterprise Technology Center. Currently, the company has successfully applied 203 trenchless HDD field independent intellectual property patents, including 27 invention patents. Drillto won the first prize of land and resources science and technology, the second prize of Science and technology Progress of Hubei Province, and the first prize of Mechanical Industry patent of Jiangsu Province. Drillto passed the ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management dual system certification, safety production implementation standardization and obtained the environmental protection certification and CE certification, and has been recognized by the authorities in the enterprise business process and quality management.

In 2010, the company established Jiangsu Province trenchless equipment Engineering Technology Center. in 2011 Drillto was awarded area three-star digital enterprises, in 2012 as standing director of China geological society association, Drillto 400 tons of drilling rig won the first set of major equipment products in Jiangsu province, in 2015, Drillto machine is identified as specialized, special and new products of SME, in 2019, Drillto is recognized as specialized new "little giant" enterprise, in 2021, Drillto 1200SPG drilling rig won the first set of major equipment.

In 2022, Drillto obtained the integration of Industrialization and information technology system AA grade and the standardization of intellectual property management of enterprises in Jiangsu Province. In the same year, Drillto is awarded as Jiangsu Provincial Industrial Design Center by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In recent years, the market share of product sales has maintained the top three in China, and the "Drillto" brand has a high popularity in both domestic and foreign markets. Drillto brand in China, India, Malaysia and other trademark layout, has the exclusive trademark rights of trenchless HDD products. The horizontal directional drilling rig produced by our company has gone abroad and been exported to India, South Korea, UAE, Australia, Russia and other 37 countries, cover the Middle East, South Africa, Southeast Asia, South America market and so on. With more than 2000 pipe laying HDD RIGS sold to India, it has become the main supplier of pipe equipment for 3G and 4G networks in India. In 2019，Drillto trenchless Co., Ltd was awarded CCPIT recommendation certificate by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

Our Service

Service commitment: our company spirit of "practical work, good faith" principle of service, for all customers to purchase new horizontal directional drilling machine factory solemn promise: the company free to send one technical service person at site to provide operation and construction training 2 weeks. During the service, accommodation costs, visa fee, Round-trip air tickets fee of the service person are bear by the customer. If the machine and equipment over warranty period, the supplier provides paid technical after-sales service. The supplier provides lifetime technical support. Oversea (outside of China) service charge is 200 USD per person per day, the buyer provides service personal expenses for Visa, Flight, board and lodging.（ this clause is only valid after the end of corona virus pandemic）

During the coronavirus epidemic period, due to the corona virus epidemic control, engineers cannot be sent abroad. But Before machine delivery, we will explain all action shooting videos and provide detailed operation manual. During the construction process, we can provide video guidance for client to help complete the project.
